Longevity, reliable industrial quality
The side channel blower consists of an annular split housing where the vane impeller rotates. The blades near the inlet draw and compress the gaseous medium into the side channel blower. The negative blade air accelerates forward and outward. The negative gas of the annular shell deflects and returns it to the bottom of the subsequent blade. Each of these spiral cycles occurs multiple times during one revolution of the impeller, causing the dynamic pressure of the gas to increase. At the end of the rotation, the blade pushes the compressed gas through the cramped static chamber to the outlet without pulsation. If two channels or impellers are connected in parallel with one unit (RIC TS series), the air volume should be as high as possible. If two air ducts or impellers are connected in series,

For clarity, the side channel blowers with free shaft ends and drives are not listed here for higher speeds. Special drives (such as EEx motors or rate control drives) are not listed here.

Side channel blowers with degree flange mounted motors are standard plans for degree and vertical installation. The air supply and exhaust silencers can be installed variably. Please also refer to the operating instructions of each series.

Side channel blower, its air battle surface is sealed, double mechanical seal or sealed by sealing liquid. The seal is resistant to slightly eroded media.
First-class die-cast aluminum quality, careful processing of the impeller and its blades, accurate matching tolerances and first-class sealing ensure the performance and economy of the side channel blower. Each unit undergoes one-sided testing before delivery.
