Usually side channel blower are used. The following methods can be used to prevent gas leakage.
1. Remove fan cover, impeller and mobile transmission unit of high pressure fan, and install new packing seal or mechanical seal. The advantage of this method is that the new type of seal is optional and the installation is standardized, but the disadvantage of this method is large workload and time-consuming.
2. Step 2. The packing seal consists of packing, two stamping parts and two four semi-circular workpieces.
(1) Two workpieces marked on the shell are axially made into sleeves, and grooves are welded to the bearing box direction.
(2) Then, a semi-circular workpiece of shell type (not shown) is arranged on the drive shaft of the high-pressure fan, and the groove is circumferentially welded along the direction of the shell. Therefore, the drive shaft passes through two rings. The groove is opposite.
(2) Secondly, the shell and marking ring are welded to the shell. It should be noted that the inner circumference of the ring must be equal to the clearance of the transmission shaft.
(4) Then, the bolt hexagonal heads of the two compressed parts are welded to the shell respectively, and one end of the compressed part is pressed to the ring. Cut the valve disc base, wrap it in the ring groove, fasten the fastening nut to push one end of the ring, and successfully connect the recommended condiment.
