When air passes through impellers and side grooves along a spiral track, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation proceeds, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, which further increases the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side passage narrows at the exit), the gas is squeezed out of the blade and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler.
The main faults of high-pressure fan in use are as follows:
side channel blower need to be protected in two ways:
1. Pressure: Excessive pressure will cause long time no flow in the wind casing, which will cause the fan temperature to be too high, thus causing the aging of the bearing of the fan. For pressure, the pressure relief valve is often used, which is a relief valve. When the pressure of the high-pressure fan exceeds the pressure set by the relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open and release the excess pressure, thus protecting the high-pressure fan.
2. Dust: The excessive dust in the working environment of high-pressure fan will stick to the impeller and bearing of the fan, which will cause the blower to be stuck and cause the blower to not turn. For dust, filters are often used. It often uses different filter elements with different filtering accuracy according to different use sites. Different filter elements have different maintenance methods and service life, which need to be asked clearly when ordering.
