Fan and vacuum applications
Hold and lift
In consideration of ensure safe operation, the work surface is automatically clamped on the workbench by suction heads. A stable and continuous minimum vacuum must be created to ensure that the workpiece will be tightened during machining. In this way, the work can be orderly.
storage
Before processing, processed products must be protected from environmental effects such as heat, moisture, insects and microorganisms that can damage the wood. The practice of soaking wood in embalming fluid is the most widespread, but the liquid will only penetrate the wood to a depth of a few millimeters. However, maximum protection can be achieved if the wood is degassed and dried using a side channel blower. The preservative can then penetrate deeper for optimal protection.
Wood drying machine
Using a vacuum dryer in a conventional wood drying chamber can generally reduce the drying time from several weeks to three or four days. During the drying process, the pressure in the drying chamber is gradually reduced to the lowest level. Pressurize the dryer with water vapor and then remove the air to prevent splitting or discoloration due to high oxygen levels. A centrifugal fan circulates water vapor and delivers heat to the wood. In addition, the condensed water will be discharged from the drying chamber.
