Side channel blower are generally installed on a variety of mechanical equipment for operation, or individually placed in a location, however, in the installation, we generally in accordance with the following provisions:
1. The foundation, silencer and shockproof device of the side channel blower should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents.
2. When assembling the side channel blower on site, the binding of the rope shall not damage the surface of the parts.
3. The pressure part of the lubrication, oil cooling and sealing system of the side channel blower should be tested for strength. When the equipment technical document is not specified, the pressure of hydrostatic test should be 1.25 -- 1.5 times of the highest working pressure, and the pressure of air pressure test should not be higher than 1.05 times of the highest working pressure.
4. The inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, valve and regulating device of the side channel blower should be supported separately, and the enclosure should not bear applied load to prevent deformation of the enclosure.
5. When the pipeline connected to the side channel blower needs to be cut or welded, the housing should not be deformed. Generally, it should be carried out after the pipeline and the housing are separated.
6. The transverse center line of the high-pressure fan shall be subject to the center of the import and export pipeline, and the longitudinal center line shall be subject to the drive shaft. The deviation shall not be more than ±5mm.
7. The elevation of the side channel blower is based on the drive shaft, and its deviation shall not be more than ±1mm.
